Conditional Emails allows you to create automatic emails that are sent when certain events occur. For example, you can easily create an email that is automatically delivered to the customer when a new pending purchase record is created, or you could create an email that is sent anytime a purchase goes from a status of Pending to a status of Abandoned.

At this time the extension supports sending emails during payment status changes but will include support for additional actions in the future.

Setting up conditional emails on abandoned purchases can be a great way to help recover lost or failed purchase attempts.
